One of my two post migration segments has lobbed - award business so SC's but no points. One revenue still awaiting.

Can I assume by "award business" you had a reward seat rather than an any seat award? If so, serfty, thanks for that as you've just confirmed what I understood to be the case, SCs until June 30, but probably no points on the pay portion.

Sabre/New website problems - all my status credits are gone!

My pre-migration, lost in the wilderness sector just lobbed! Zone 2 comp J upgrade from flexi earned correctly @ 30SCs.

Stop getting me excited - no movement in my account . Off to bed...

I've waited over 3 weeks for a posting of SCs and points from 11 January (only 10 SCs mind you) and over a week for a posting of a flight on 23 January. Meanwhile, my account shows points and SCs from 13 and 17 January...what's going on? Countless calls to Velocity get me the stock-standard response of "it'll be credited within the next 7 days" "I was told that 7 days ago" "it'll be credited in the next 7 days"...

Me too. Some flights have been posted but random flights seem to be still missing. Still missing one entire booking (SYD-CNB-SYD) from the 16th, the return leg on another booking (SYD-CNB though the CNB-SYD leg was credited) from the 21st and my Zuji flights SYD-BNE-SYD from the 18th are still listed as "not Valid for Earn". Currently 20SCs short of Gold with 120SCs from a SQ trip last year disappearing on Feb 14th (though with 50SCs outstanding I should really already have been upgraded).

I've only really been flying VA on work BFOD flights for last 4mths and was trying to secure Gold to break away from QF. I'm hoping VA at least honour the fact that I've BIS earned the credits for status. I'm not really interested in continuing the VA experiment in Silver while I've got lounge access and status on their domestic competitor. I'd already used up my free lounge passes so the last few flights I've not had access, even though I really should have been eligible.

I'm getting the same "will be credited in 3-5 working days" when on the phone, but after hearing that numerous times it begins to sound less and less genuine. I'm willing to be patient but goodwill can only be extended so far.

My points from the 20th of Jan haven't posted yet. Put in a retro claim yesterday so am now crossing my fingers...SO close to plat!

What's peoples experience with multi-sectors purchased pre-Jan 12?

I've had one sector of a connection post points for a $179 fare, so I assume when the next sector posts it will be for the remainder ($60 for a total $239)?

However, all 40 of the status credits have posted....

MY SQ flights from mid Jan which will take me to Gold still haven't posted, despite doing as advised and waiting 2 weeks then filing a retro claim. They were supposed to show in 72 hours from filing, and nothing yet after a week. Still can't access future bookings with velocity number or booking code either.

I sound like a broken record. Still no movement at VA HQ and it's 10 days into their advised two week extension.

Think it's time for an escalation, as I have booked BNE/SYD/BNE in 10 days. Row 7 is not my expected seat

Similar situation. I took the flight that bumped me to Gold on Jan 16 and am still fighting with VA to get points credited. Meant I have I had the next 6 flights without lounge access, when I should have been Gold. I'm flying QF (Gold there) until it is resolved, as I can't be coughd flying Y without lounge (as a Y BIS I already feel I did enough of that at VA to get status, don't want to do it more just because VA can't get their s**t together).

Still waiting early Jan flights. Spent another hour on the phone today and 3 more emails sent. Starting to lose patience. Rep told me middle of Jan flights caught in the middle of the transition all have to be manually processed and hoping by Monday they will have them all done (doubtful)
Also cannot log in tonight at all...keeps saying error.
