Virgins up their cough, if they are slow at this then maybe they reckon they can afford to lose 5% of the premium market.
Sorry if that wasn't clear to you - I meant more from a direct customer onboard experience perspective not the airline saving $ / engineer POV.
Does anyone really care about LED lights?

If that's what you really meant then perhaps you should have written that. Instead your question was if anyone cares. I was simply pointing out that yes, in fact, someone would care. Not really a problem with my understanding if you don't write what you mean.
l'm all for the 767 interior refit. About time. Some of the 767 are in dire need of a makeover....almost all the seats l've sat in, in Y, recline on their own and still mainscreen TV...
I don't know... How about replacing those old rattlers instead? It's the same as with the oh-so awesome refit of the old 747s which is only hiding the fact that they have delayed delivery of the remaining A380s. If they REALLY wanted to up their game, then they'd replace those old 767s with the 787s coming rather than giving them all to coughstar. Only my personal opinion of course...
When JQ gets there 787s - the less good -8 model, it will give back 330s to QF, which should get rid of some 767s
Yes, I understand, but why not just let JQ keep the 330's and QF get the new 787's?
Oh come on...Oh and no A380 internet, because it's too expensive...
Is it me, or does anyone else feel the colour scheme a bit JQ'ish???
