The initial problem was with it throwing up a database error problem when trying to book a classic reward. Finally called & after they verified it as an issue, they did the booking for me manually without charge. About 30 minutes later, the whole site bombed.
Cause & effect?

Down for me in IE and Firefox too.
Apologies for any inconvenience. The team are working on it as we speak and hope to have it up again soon.
As per the error message, 13 11 31 (in Australia), elsewhere contact your local Qantas office.

I was in this afternoon OK but not working for me at present. Wondering if there are other processing problems as two flights taken on Wednesday were not posted in my activity statement when I checked Thursday afternoon. This is much slower than normal.

My Tuesday flight posted late on Wednesday, but the site seems to be working ok now.. Today's flights aren't there yet..

I've been stressing for the last few hours.. Couldn't sleep so kept drinking in the hotel bar to calm my nerves!

interestingly since the 'outage' my iPad bookmark for QFF is now a different icon! a big red roo!

I can log in and manange my bookings but can't upgrade an existing booking. IE8 on a PC

Can't open website on my PC but able to access other usual sites (news, weather etc).
Might have to call Kevin in Mumbai ...
