Choice of Gift upon reaching SG

[texter]

Mrs Texter reached the lofty heights of SG a few months back and there was a choice online to choose between a QF bag tag or having 20SCs (I think). She didn't choose anything at that time and this option/selection has now gone. Before I raise a query with QF does anyone remember what the choices were? (Yes she needs 20SCs to renew SG so would be nice to have that!)
Thanks

I seem to recall it was a choice between the bag tag or a 'leaf' towards green tier status but I am not 100% sure (otherwise I would have picked the status credits myself!)

Yea, I think that was it. Those SC is a new thing. Wondering if it counts towards LT status?

My other half also reached SG a few months back, but they only offered a bag tag, no SC.

Not sure if it had to be claimed within a certain timeframe? I may be wrong, but I thought you previously had 90 days, so I wonder if that's why Mrs Texter can't see the offer anymore.
