Catching isn't it.From next April or May, a new public pick-up area, protected by boom gates, will be created to allow people to wait for passengers for free for a given period.
If they stay beyond the free period, they will be charged a yet-to-be-determined fee.
Parking has become a huge revenue raiser for the Brisbane Airport Corporation, generating almost $81 million last year.
