Flew QF this morning, told by the CSM it just came in today. It was very surprising and I think reflects poorly on Qantas. Doesn't give the passengers any credit - almost like something that should be on Jetstar (if they had safety videos). I'm planning to let Qantas know of my negative feedback via a letter. Seems more low cost - like they're trying and failing to be more 'hip' and 'young'. I think a safety video should be refined and professional.
