It appears they are all gone. I am not able to get to the page where you can preselect a picture.

I just tried again and it loads up fine. In fact, it loaded much quicker than my previous attempts.

What browser are you using? Maybe try clearing your cookies and / or cache?

Ordered mine, with a great photo of my magic skills ...

Turns out you need an Australian IP - I'm overseas at the moment. After spending some time finding a http proxy server based in Australia, my tags are ordered :D

I ordered mine last night, just used one of their pics, couldn't be stuffed finding my own!!

It appears to use your IP address to track that you've already ordered. I was going to order a second set using a different email address but it wouldn't let me get that far. I got a screen that said "It appears you've already ordered your tags"

I'm ordering another set from work.

Ordered mine and then ordered Mrs Batesy's from another PC in the office as it would not let me order again from my PC, so the IP address theory must be right.

Wouldn’t another computer in the office share the same IP? Couldn’t it just be a cookie?

No, it's definitely IP based. I couldn't get it to work at home due to the Firefox problem, and it won't work at work because their site (and the rest of the internet) thinks we're in Japan.

The restriction for ordering once is based on cookies. Delete the cookie and you can order again. The IP address is used to determine the country of origin and pre-fills the Country in the postal address and determines the drop-down box used for flight origin.

Tried to order a set from the office this morning after doing it from home last night, and keep getting the HTTP error when uploading the photo (usually after getting to 99 or 100%). Is that the same time that everyone else is getting it? If so, I think someone has beaten me to it in our office!

No it's not IP based, I ordered a set for each member of my family without any issues. I found the best way to do it was Start > Run > iexplore Luggage tag. Design your own free luggage tags! - KLM

Once finished, closed. Rinse and repeat.

That seems to happen if using Firefox and trying to upload your own image. Give Internet Exploder a try.

My bad, that's why I used IE at home!

Didn't mean that I understood anything!

You're right, I was confused between the eligibility check and the check to see who has already ordered.

Thanks for the tip.

Got my tags ordered and on their way.

Uploading a custom photo seemed to be impossible on Firefox, but I switched to IE and it worked fine.

I used this photo which I snapped on BA First last year:

I hope they do make their way here - tracking them will be a mighty pain if nothing happens in 3 weeks.

The real question is....

Why is there a swizzle stick in your bubbles?

I ordered 5-6 sets of these last year. They're just plastic coated cardboard, and unfortunately, a few were badly printed.

They don't come with straps to tie them on either. They are kind of neat. I did some nice ones up with photos i've snapped around the place:)

Last time it was using cookies. Clear your cookie cache and voila, away you go again:)

*edit*
I should learn to read the thread before replying... :S

And yes, it's all cookie based. Companies like TPG use proxy servers so if they used IP based filters, it would mean the first person could get a set, and the other hundred thousand or so customers would not have a chance:)
