Working do me ex SYD.Not that I can see, for the random dates I've searched for.
Certainly nothing on MU between MEL and PVG, other than CX or CI.

Here’s the other thread. Apparently only the regular search works not multi-city…
Is it just me, or have MU reward seats completely disappeared?

That is indeed odd, I'll be looking keenly for some MU business reward seats then![]()
Its an AI content farm channel; the visuals are all genAI, the script is also generated (can tell by giveaways such as "the uncomfortable truth" and "its not x, its y", and even the narrator VoiceOver is AI generated. The warning on that video says

terrible, thanks for the summary. I see no need to watch a yourtube video about something like that. Email them at [email protected]. Have found them to be prompt and helpful with seat selection for QFF bookings in the past.Booked MU flights via QFF. However, I can't select seats via the MU web site using ticket or reference numbers. Appears that there is no longer an option to select seating for QFF customers? Oddly, it was possible to select seats via the now closed Czech AirlinesAny other hacks?
I emailed the above email address and after 5 business day of no response I've now attempted to see if their main customer service email can assist me with seat selection: [email protected]Email them at [email protected]. Good idea. Sydney office replied to me in a matter of hours when I contacted them. You could also try the Melbourne office, though I haven't had any past experience contacting them: [email protected]I emailed the above email address and after 5 business day of no response I've now attempted to see if their main customer service email can assist me with seat selection: [email protected]
Unfortunately, no luck with the Melbourne email or their main customer service email. I was informed to either call their main customer service phone number or choose at check-inGood idea. Czech Airlines doesnt exist anymore - anyother airlines that are compatible.. I have myEticket fromQantasJust your Qantas booking reference number along with your last name and it should come up accordingly.
Once your seats are selected and confirmed, it should then come up in your Qantas app / manage booking.
You can call china eastern and ask them.hi all,
I booked domestic flight within China with China Eastern using my Qantas points.
After some drama, I now have the e-tickets from Qantas, which starting in 081.
I'd like to verify if these tickets are all confirmed on China Eastern side as well.
Does anyone know how to do that?
CE website can only validate tickets purchased from them directly it seems.
I tried Korean Airlines (Skyteam) and I could fetch my booking there, but cannot choose seats there.
In Japan Airlines (oneworld), I can not even find the booking there.
@Rembrandt & @Peterm28 did you end up choosing seats online before check-in?

Dont know what you mean by US status but ive got it ticketed on the 2nd attempt after calling the customer service. Made booking online and called them not long after to ensure all good. Got ticketed the next morning.Hi everyone,
Just wondering if anyone has experienced something similar or managed to get their China Eastern reward ticket issued.
I booked MU791 from Xi'an to Sydney in Business Class on 28 October through Qantas for 108,000 points + CNY 1,770.
Qantas generated a booking reference, and the itinerary still appears in my Qantas app, but no points have been deducted and no e-ticket has been issued.
Qantas Reservations told me that China Eastern hadn't confirmed the reward seat. However, on 30 October, I could still find the exact same flight available on Qantas.com and proceed all the way to the payment stage.
After multiple calls and a formal complaint, Qantas Customer Care confirmed in writing that they've identified an issue affecting some China Eastern Classic Reward bookings, but offered no solution beyond calling Reservations again for a new points quote.
I've already provided all my passport and APIS details. I've also contacted China Eastern directly and requested a ticketing escalation from Qantas.
Has anyone actually managed to get a booking like this confirmed or ticketed, particularly one showing a US status? Any suggestions on getting Qantas to resolve this rather than simply cancelling the booking?
Thanks!
