QFF Platinum requesting release of extra Classic Reward seats?

Does the robot ever give a different outcome on a flight if requesting as part of two married segments? And is it possible to request both the standalone and married segment journey simultaneously, or would it be better to ask separately?
It evaluates each sector on a standalone basis, so there is no difference doing it standalone or married - the response will be the same.

2 pax (PER-SYD) as WP.

PER-SYD on 30 Oct in Y
QF34 - N9 : Declined
QF650 - N9 : Approved

SYD-PER on 2 Nov in J
QF655 - D9 : Approved

I wonder if QF34 being the domestic leg of the flight from CDG - SYD has different rules for classic rewards release requests as I believe I've been declined on the domestic leg of QF10/11 before too when showing both N9 & Q9.

You sure on that? That has not been my expirence.
This is what a HBA agent explained to me about a year ago. I had a number of requests where one sector was approved and the other declined. Availability when married met the requirements, individually they did not. The agent said the bot analyses each sector individually and this was the reason why. Perhaps they did not have the correct info... be interesting if others have data points on this.
