Qantas Codeshare to Danang?

Nothing on Qantas, although the earn isn’t quite so decimated now were you to book MH via KUL.

That said, I just flew out of DAD and booked MEL-SIN return on QF and seperate flights on VietJet. Their SkyBoss offering is actually decent for a 2.5 hour flight.

QF is offering single ticket with protected bags via BKK, connecting with Vietnam airlines. CX also flies via HKG.

Thanks for that! Yes, they don’t fly their own metal, but they codeshare on HK Airlines.
Which is good for protection, but no lounge unless a Cathay elite or flying F/J. Also not even sure how that will work now that UO operates out of T2.

Interesting that didn’t show up when trying to book MEL-DAD. I had a stopover anyway in SIN for work so wouldn’t have mattered, but didn’t realise VN flew BKK-DAD.

HK Express does not have Business Class and is not part of OneWorld.
I am not sure how Qantas can Codeshare with them.
HK express codeshares with CX, per my post.

Airlines can codeshare with anyone they like, irrespective of alliances. For example QF and CI codeshare, yet are from different alliances.
