This has happened a few times with AFF’s new payment system and the best way to contact them is through tagging admin such as happened here (although a newbie of course will not know that).

Once you’ve joined and paid for a AFF Gold or Platinum membership you will be able to request a QC Discount Code via the Member Benefits page.

Hi. I am having the same issue renewing my Qantas Club membership and am now without memberships 36hrs before flying!!! I filled out the 'form' in Feb and received a code. Wasted a fair bit of time on the phone to Qantas after it didn't work; then waited for a response from AFF followed by another round of discussion with Qantas as I was told that I needed to 'disconnect' my Qantas club membership from a prior corporate account before it would work........the code still didn't work. I then emailed AFF and waited a while after which I received a corporate code number and apology. I rang Qantas this morning and was told that the corporate code needed to be associated with my FF account by the administrator of the corporate scheme! Despite my protestations and offers to send the emails from AFF they were no help; I also tried the Qantas corporate line and got the same response. I have emailed AFF marked ***Urgent*** this am / 12 hrs ago but have not received a response. This has been an incredibly frustrating process and certainly not worth spending money of AFF to join a corporate scheme unless it is made to work smoothly

I have the exact same issue. With no assistance w en though paid member of AFF. VERY DISAPPOINTED

I have now received a code via the @admin that works
It only appears to work with the one year membership (I wanted two!) but at least I have been able to renew. On the 'form' that I filled I requested a two year membership discount!!! I think AFF need to get their systems in order and have something that works and does as advertised - I have wasted soooooooo much time for a small saving!!!!!

This might be a QF restriction. I renewed just before the price increase in December for a further 2 years using my AFF Discount Code.

I have the same issue @admin
I am a gold member and my code only works for the 1 year membership not the 2 (even though requested) - and sent many emails to support and the contact us email.
Hopefully some resolution on here ? It hasnt been a good start to my first paid sign up, hope all is well behind the scenes.
