Mine was a typed Word Doc with a signature at the bottom, still got me on the list a few years back

If I hand wrote my original letter, it probably would have been thrown in the trash as my handwriting is illegible, and I am not even a doctor.

I turned it into an homework exercise for my 13 years old daughter. I gave her a little brief and she wrote a fantastic letter
Now she ask me every day if I got a response
Fingers crossed we will have a bottle of Wendouree for her 18 birthday

You will surely have a couple of bottles- but it will taste like Yellowtail if you open it for her 18th.

I totally understand that Wendouree and most nice wines need to age to be great but if a young Wendouree taste like Yellowtail then I will be very disappointed!!!

Having said that, now I’m thinking that I have no ideas what Yellowtail tastes like
