Used to be 2,000 per $100 visa. Big downgrade!

It was actually 2,000 points on $100 Mastercard gift cards. I only mention that because the purchase fee on the Mastercards is just $5.00 whereas with the Visas it's $5.95 so not only have they halved the bonus points, they're charging us more as well!Used to be 2,000 per $100 visa. Big downgrade!

Agree.Paying $5.95 for $10+ in value.
Not as beneficial as previously, but wouldn't say losing.

Happy to hear via PM if there’s a method at play that’s subject to fight club.
I have seen some people value their FF points at 2 or 3 or 4c each.Likewise - my # - $5.95 = 500 VFF => 1.2c/pt. ???? (=$5 cash off shop )
True, although voting with the feet just might.The game is always changing. Complaining about it wont achieve anything.
Are these as Deft friendly as the Mastercards?
Exactly. Let's not forget that they have unsuccessfully tried this before: in March and April last year they reduced the bonus on $100 Mastercard gift cards to 1,000 and 1,500 points, respectively, before returning to 2,000 or more for all subsequent offers in 2024.True, although voting with the feet just might.
Apparently it hasn't been possible since October 2024.Are these as Deft friendly as the Mastercards?
