Congrats as well on the arrival of Jack. You'll really have your hands full now!

Congratulations Lindsay and Vicky
Good to read the father is doing well :D

Flying with 1 child is difficult, well, with 2 it is just about impossible:)
Congratulations!

Congratulations to LW, MrsLW and miniLW on the safe arrival of superminiLW.

:)

Congratulations Vicky and Lindsay on the birth of your son Jack. At least Charlotte will now have a baby brother as company. Perhaps you can now start thinking about #3 and #4. You can't have NM hogging all the limelight. ;)

Hmmm. Yes interesting to see mention that the father doing well. Just wait until he calculates how much it is going to cost to the raise Charlotte and Jack. ;)

Do we need a new thread on what type of bus they should buy :?:

Thanks everyone - home now after day 2 at the hospital.

Mrs LW had a much better experience with this birth (whilst it was another caesar), than the first.

They should both be home on Monday, so I have paternity leave next week to give us both a chance to get used to a new born and a 2.75 year old ;).

So far, Jack is feeding well and both are resting well.

Well, we will be trying in 21 months, so will be able to prove or disprove this theory, kpc.

Well we have always been talking about 3, however 4 would be a bridge too far for both of us :-|

Given my work background, always been front of mind for me. Latest research is $250K per child between 0 to 18. Lucky I started saving 15 years ago for my kid's education, so have a head start :D.

ozmerish, great to see you again on the board.

Now to sort through my (red) wine cellar to work out which bottles I'll crack open this week

Let me add another congratulations... Looks like there might be a few bubs at the next FT AGM.

Hi there

Congrats on the new arrival.

I'm having a drink (or three) to celebrate. (I knew there was a reason)

My aunt who has inspired me the most to travel, has on many, many international flights flown with three kids. My uncle would be lecturing somewhere, head over to wherever earlier, and then she'd meet up with him and they'd do some family travel through Europe or wherever they were. My cousins all love travel, and as soon as they were old enough, they were responsible for their own backpacks (on-board) and would make scrapbooks of their adventures. Perhaps my aunt is just a particularly determined and organised woman? ;)

And, congrats on the arrival of Jack!

Well done.Hearty congrats from tokyo.I'll dedicate the first champagne to Jack!
