When I first got mine it was bad especially if there was any humidity. It has gotten better over time. I keep mine in a leather sleeve.anyone notice their new passport covers are curling and not sitting flat?

They just need to sort out these reported defective chips and curling cover issue

The curling returns after about an hour outside of a case or after removing a weight from on top.I asked the passport office about this, they are aware of the problem and their advice is that storing the passport in a tight case should help prevent curling
