Brisbane drinks 30 September 2009

As mentioned in the previous Brisbane drinks thread there is a drinks night in Brisbane on Wednesday, 30 September 2009 ~5:30pm.

The venue is The Mill Hotel Bar & Restaurant. It is located on Wickham Terrace, on the corner of Bartley St, next to Brisbane Private Hospital, opposite the old Tower Mill and ~100 metres from Jacobs Ladder.

Just a bump; Johnk is back from his RTW so will be interesting to hear about his trip.

Furthest I have been in 6 weeks is Bundaberg. :shock:

Hmm, Wednesday is a definite possibility for me, no appointments in the afternoon. But I'll have to be gone by ~ 6.30pm to 7pm.

At least it sounds like you've been on a flight in the past 6 weeks, Bundy Bear. Furthest I've been since mid July, is Ballina (by car) . Not much hope of flying before end November for me.

34.5 weeks and straining under the weight (of expectation), but otherwise this pregnancy has gone much better than number#1. EDD is 6 November, but I doubt she'll last that long.

Back in BNE and ready to head off back to work. I will be there tomorrow afternoon and looking forward to catching up with everyone....

Well, it looks as though stuff is kind of working out for me at the moment.

I shall be attending tomorrow (although like Lindsay Wilson) I shall be leaving around the 6.30ish mark (language classes to go to at 7). I will be there from the early to hear about John's trip and gloat about my freebie upcoming NZ trip, replete with accommodation and some kind of meat cooked in a sandy hole.
