I thought only two surface sectors were allowed. Why no more surface segments? You can have up to 16 transits/surface segments under the cap

It won't count as a stopover though.
Can change class, eg Y to JHey guys, I probably know the answer is no but I'll ask anyway.
Once your OWA has started, you're no longer able to make any changes to your yet to be flown sectors, is this correct?

Pretty sure you can also change date of a flight, or even the flight number or OW carrier, as long as it's the same route. In case you see a J on another day.
Once you’ve started flying the OWCA itinerary, you can only make changes to:
(a) change to flight number; and
(b) change to date of travel.

One minor exception is for platinum and above who are not charged. Thanks guys, unfortunately as per above, there's not even any reward seats available for the route I want, even economy.
I may still check 3 days out for any Qatar reward seats if any (probably almost 0% chance but I'll still check regardless).
I'm very keen to change due to the seat map for our BA flight in PE being already almost all pre allocated - we're either going to be stuck in the middle 2 seats in the middle 4 seat section, or sitting apart in aisle seats (on opposite sides of the cabin).
BA is hopeless / ridiculous in wanting to charge AUD$100+ just to allocate seats!
Never paid for seat selection with BA in J as gold either. One minor exception is for platinum and above who are not charged.
Thank you , I stand corrected.Never paid for seat selection with BA in J as gold either.
For peace of mind, go to Royal Jordanian MMB to check the ticket is still OK.We had to ring QF to confirm 10 min change to flight departure (BA). Don't have an option to accept in MMB. Hope they don't send it in to the ticketing queue (haven't checked).
And QF silver (OWR) gets free seat selection 7 days prior to departure. I closely monitored my recent TATL flight, 13 empty seats including 4 prime seats were available up to the 7 day window. Later that day looks like a few OWR jumped on, leaving 10 seats open, including 2 prime seats. The cabin went out full, so there was definitely and advantage to the OWR.Never paid for seat selection with BA in J as gold either.

Hi all, after my recent sector additions (and after following up ticketing via the dedicated email address) I’ve received the e-ticket as a plain text email (think it might be the Amadeus print out) rather than the standard itinerary and e-ticket pdf. The plain text email does have the 081- ticket number visible however. Further, if I request the itinerary via MMB, it sends me a pdf with just the itinerary (with no ticket number).
Assume I am still properly ticketed and “good to go” ?
Changes must be done by adding flights to (or subtracting flights from) an existing PNR. You cannot combine PNRs ever.Hi, I know this is likely to be asked but not sure how to search for the question. Can we book this effectively a few legs at a time on separate PNRs then combine them or does it all have to get added one PNR if you're still searching for flights? How does it work in terms of points payment asyou might overpay until your journey is all completed.
Also are we allowed to transit in a city that you previously stopped at?
