On Wednesday we purchased 2x Woolworths COOK Chicken Breast Marinated Steaks 500g marked down for clearance that day (250 bonus points on each item for us).
Only the base points posted in the App and when we followed up today, the customer service agent said it's because the barcode is different on the mark-down item (true and has always been like that).
Previous experience has been that any item already boosted but subsequently marked down for quick sale, earns full booster points.
It seems the recent introduction of Member Prices may has adversely (inadvertently?) affected a backend process?? and the ability to earn bonus points without manual intervention? Cant see anything specific in the Ts& Cs...
