We have review your concern, and we can say that rollover accrued Status Credits for eligible members up to a cap of at least 40% of the Status Credits required to retain their tier, from their eligible Membership Year to help kick-start their new Membership Year. Your missing status credit has been added to your expired status credit. Please be advised that status credits don't expire but are reset at the start of every membership year so we can't reinstate it. All Status Credits earned since joining the program are added together and count towards your Lifetime Status Credit total. Once you have enough Status Credits, Lifetime Silver or Gold recognition will be yours, regardless of how often you continue to fly.
