QFF Classic Upgrade priority

Hi all

Does anyone have any understanding and experiences of international classic upgrade award priority when there are multiple family members with different status on a booking?

For example: i’m WP and my mum is PS, how will our upgrade request be prioritised - according to my WP or her PS? (Assuming it will be my points used too)

I’ve had such success when travelling alone that I almost don’t consider the possibility of not travelling in business, but having multiple travellers complicates things.

If you're both on the same booking and you put in the upgrade request it supposed to be your statues that comes into play first.

That is my understanding as well, P1 is the only exception. P1's can request an upgrade request for family that are not on the same booking and the family member's is treated as if they were P1. The notification of success is still advised in line with their status e.g. 24-48 hrs.
