Australian Cricket Season 2026-27 (150th “Ashes” Melbourne March 2027)

I agree, I can't believe I'm saying this, but I hope Australia loose by an innings again.

Win the toss and bowl again, you would think they would have learnt from the last test.

Things I have been reading about Dodemaide lately, he apparently proposed to make the Sheffield Shield a one off match each to save money.

Selectors’ disdain for Sheffield Shield is sabotaging the Test team

Nic Maddinson’s inclusion for the South Africa series laid bare the low regard in which selectors hold the domestic first-class competition, and it is costing Australia.

I doubt it will happen as I think Boland is the consummate cricketer, but I would like him to give the selectors an "up yours" and go and play county cricket, which he would excel at and be paid very handsomely, imo.

0 for 98 after 22 overs or so, what a joke.

140 off 27 overs by lunch, sigh!

"We've got some guys really well-placed, they've been here working hard the last couple of weeks. A couple of injuries (to Green and Inglis) they're coming back from and they're now 100 per cent."

And they didn’t woke up themselves …

Lunch 0/140 grinder into the ground with no Boland to bust open the test match. More fool them

Pathetic selectors.
I have a mind to start a Change.org petition to the ACB demanding the selectors be sacked.

SA 0-140 at lunch. Head dropped a catch that most U10s would have snaffled. coughmins decision to bowl looking like insanity.
