Thai Airways is trading its way out of a bankruptcy protection filing. They may be flying but that is where the service ends!
They lost our luggage. I know that happens but it highlighted a bigger problem - there is NO customer service at all. They don't ever answer the phone - even Head Office. It's essentially "email only". However....they don't reply to emails. he "bag tracker" on their website cant find anything and the claim for lost baggage link is a "page not found".
I should have heeded the warning when Flight Centre said they dont book with Thai at all anymore but few options with seats to coughet at the time.
There is no organisation in Austraia to help you as they are an international company. Yes I can claim on travel insurance but for now this is certainly an airline to avoid!
