Has anyone had the experience of long haul with masks? How does sleeping feel through the night? [edit] I'm in favour of masks - just curious about the experience.

It could also be just cultural, I have flown into, out of or through many Asian airports where masks were worn by PAX in the pre covid world.Going to be so annoying sleeping with the mask on.

TouchéAnd I'm the Asian who never engaged in this trait. Maybe I've been here for too long.
Some airlines, like CX, are allowing premium pax to take masks off in the lie flat position to sleep given the relative privacy and space in J and specially F (where it exists). This seems sensible.
... and for authenticity, wear some eyemasks as well ...If you really want to know the answer to your question, put one on tonight before you go to sleep and then you'll know![]()
And get someone to shake your bed to simulate turbulence !... and for authenticity, wear some eyemasks as well ...
And for the Y flyers get someone to hold a board 3 inches from your face, someone else to nudge you in the back and bring all the television screens you can into the bedroomAnd get someone to shake your bed to simulate turbulence !
