Qantas Points Club Discussion

I did have multiple accounts (kids) directed to my email, but once this issue was raised, I had all accounts go to individual email addresses.
Was my birthday this week, so not past 21 days yet, but as I have never received emails from PC not holding my breath that they will come automatically.
 
So, are we thinking for the QP vouchers that it’s 1st point of qualification + about 2 weeks for the initial pair, and then aligned to membership year for subsequent renewals?
It's been almost 4 weeks since I passed by membership year and again qualified for PC. I received my hotel voucher within a couple of days but not a single lounge pass in sight.
Not sure if I should be following up with Qantas?
 
Not sure if this is related to A) previously raising with Qantas that I never received my wine vouchers in March (my bday month) this year despite already being a PC+ member or B) having just requalified for PC earlier this month, but I have just received an email for a $50 off when spending $150+ at Qantas Wines.

Just to clarify, did you make sure the lounge invitations weren't perhaps added without any fanfare or notice? I got notifications over e-mail about qualification/requalification, and got the hotel and wine vouchers, etc... but I never got anything in year 1 or 2 about the lounge passes. They did end up in there, though.

Alas no fanfare and also no passes. Checked my account again when I saw Ur post.
I have a flight with family coming up where I'd like to treat them so if there not there in another 2 weeks I'll try to chase them up..... after I check the Qantas call centre wait time chat
 
Does anyone have experience with what happens when you hit PC+ and have a paid Qantas Club membership already? I wonder if they would pause the paid membership while you are PC+ or if it would effectively go to waste. I am trying to work out if there is any point aiming for PC+ or not!

Your QP membership goes on hold for a year. Always worth contacting them to ensure they know you have PC+ though.
 
Can somebody please remind me when Qantas sends out the Qantas Wine vouchers - is it at the start, middle or end of your birthday month?

I'm ready to place a Qantas Wine order but not sure if I should wait for a wine voucher to arrive as November is my birthday month.

My birthday was late October, and haven't seen anything yet either
 
I dug out my last 'congrats you requalified' email... here are the conditions on the wine club voucher. Make sure you have opted in to receive email marketing as stipulated (I hadn't, but QFFF managed to fix it up).

I've ticked that option - I'll give them a call to see what has happened.
 
I've gone back to Bronze today (From Qantas Club Bronze) even though I racked up 350k points in the past 12 months/membership year.
Hoping it is just a timing glitch

September birthday, received the wine voucher email on the 6th.
