Dan Murphy's and Other Wine Deals

Well, it's no harm trying given they don't hit your card till it's ready for delivery anyway. Gotta be in it to win it.

cellardoor.co's Wine Fair is on until this Sunday, with $20 off $150 using WINEFAIR21 (includes Penfolds) and 10% off Brand Discovery Mixed Cases using DISCOVERY10 (ends today)

It looks like they might relate to wines already available on TWC.
Eg:
- Sub $100 Grand Cru = La Chablisienne
- 100 point NZ = Kumeu River
Unless they are offering sharper prices it is possibly just pure marketing
besides the only Tasmanian Pinot Noir on allocation, after 8.5% Cashrewards (less $10/$20 voucher):
  • 2016 Kilikanoon Morts Block Riesling $13.72 in cart
  • 2016 Juxtaposed Old Vine McLaren Vale Shiraz $21.04

I'm going to stick my neck out here and suggest that it might be: Zema Estate Family Selection

As with many of GWD's offerings their origins are somewhat obscure but this one is even harder to crack, I'm sure someone else will weigh in on the conversation :)

I have no idea what it is, Reschke Bos suggested is quite feasible/likely, would be very, very confident that it's not Zema Family Selection.

Anyone got details on TWC 20% discount birthday code? I emailed them, as I've received nothing.
It also says I should get 10x pts as bronze but it only gives me 1x and currently it says double or bonus.

I wonder if their system overall doesn't work

The TWC birthday 20% deal is a joke. It only applies to a small select list of wines that are absolute junk yard dogs.

Possible Heemskerk Chardonnay Pinot Noir (that's the only TWE sparkling I could think of and it's the right price point, and its main entry has disappeared on Cellar Door)...
Likely Heemskerk I think. Would it be the same one as this offering from Winestar:

If so, Winestar is cheaper?

Although the Winestar one may be a vintage offering whilst the cellar door offering is NV?

Grabbed a box, ended up doing it per phone because online CART showed $1438 for the dozen, a little over my budget lol.
Will report in due course.

Does anywhere offer decent birthday vouchers?
The QF Wine ones for PC and PC+ are alright
I got $25 at CD, but I doubt I'll find anything I want at the moment.
I actually find these quite useful. I tend go for single bottles. Maybe a Seppelt Show Sparkling Shiraz or a couple of bottles of Mr Pickwicks Tawny. Last time I think I grabbed a single bottle of the 2015 Wynns JR. Additionally the Coldstream Hills Pinot is a decent price in a 6 pack minus $25.
