He already did - the deal to get the Perth connections in the first place was on the condition that the WA Government had to upgrade the domestic QF terminal which came in for more than $15M. I doubt he would get a similar repsonse again...I would love Joyce to use DRW to McGowan like he did the threat of a BNE HQ relocation to Berejiklian. That would be a fight to see.
