I tried to post this in the Dan Murphy section, couldn't see how to!
Good deal which is winery direct.
Last year the 6 pack was 2017 Readhead. Delivery is free with 2 dozen ordered

Yes, I agree. Curtis is usually quite good, especially if the price is right. I have the odd case in my cellar (garage).
I have a bit of their 2015 Cavaliere in the cellar from a while ago ('reduced' from '$70' to $25) and I definitely don't think it's bad at around $20. But everything I've seen since suggests they are RRP inflators extraordinaire, worse than almost any others. The discounts we're getting on Clarendons and some others at the moment are a new thing, but Curtis had rich form on this pre-pandemic.

That said, I'd consider buying for the right price, I just hate falling for their trick AGAIN!

The descriptions on this grenache sound like it will be tasty, so I'm not in the land of fearing I've been totally burned... yet.

Plenty of those Clarendons are past their due date, half of what I saw is their entry range and years past prime drinking.

Langton's had their upper range and they cellar better.

There was some good buys, but I spent 2 hours digging individual reviews and just went with the latest years available bar 1 wine which didn't have appealing reviews.

I get what you're saying tho 😁

Would work nicely with the First Growth
taking it just under $50 if you use 5% discounted gift cards

I think this is the best (to my taste) out of all Curtis wines I tried in the past.
It's still a good deal without 5% discount gift cards.
I think I'm buying!

Are GC allowed with CB? I can never find the GC tbh.

Has anyone tried The Benbournie Cabernet Sauvignon 2014ish lately? Tempted to pick some up circa $30 in this DM cashback sale..

Is 2014 under wraps? Can see 2013 on clearance ($40), got this one during previous clearance ($30) and thought it was good for the price.

FYI. Cellarmasters URL now redirects to Dan Murphy's. Doesn't appear to be any way to check on status of current cellarmasters orders.

RIP Cellarmasters, I'll miss the ridiculously cheap champagne that you used to offer by stacking discount codes.
