VFF website, haven't logged on in a while, forgot password, tried 3 times, now logged out.reset link not working for me

Anyone else in the same boat? (so to speak)?
Before I make the effort to phone up the Philippine VFF contact centre, and do the merry go round, either wait or get cut off in the queue.
It just keeps asking for VFF membership number, I enter that, and its then the email address, enter that, and then press enter on the red button, and it comes back with the same again, membership number and email address, several times I tried, and its the same with this process.
Am only VFF PS.
Guess I will have to call the call centre, in the end, but just to ask if others are having trouble with the VFF website.
They have started a new, ((experience.velocity))... etc, etc, etc, that one comes up, but its when trying to get into my account that it all goes pear shaped.
Anyone else having major troubles with VFF?

But I did find I have 8 complimentary fare upgrades expiring in May next year.

Will I be able to use then? I know not.

And the way my year is going, I'm going to need a Velocity StatusKeeper program to retain Platinum next year.....

Hopefully Bain will find it in their hearts to gift a few more Status Credits.

Just logged in with no problems

I have 4 upgrades expiring Jan 2021 and 4 in Jan2022. Probably won't use the 1st lot but hopefully take advantage of the others

Totally new Windows10 laptop works a treat.
Thanks again everyone.
2013 laptop will now not be used.
New laptop was able to change password in few seconds flat.
Points have increased via family transfers and Coles FB SC earn.
VGW points still added.
Slow as they are.
Now, lets hope Bain does not do any en(c)ha(nt)cements.

I also had 8 upgrades, between now and May 21 I have a single return VA flight which is already in J. Although many think these upgrade are beneficial mine just normally go to waste. IMO it would be a greater benefit if I could gift them away to be used by friends and family.

You can also use the complimentary upgrades for others travelling on the same flight.
