Urgent help - Reward Booking error

The only one that successfully works to the payment screen is TXL > LHR > SIN > MEL but I can't take this route as I'm unable to transit in Singapore.

Thanks!

The LHR > SIN > SYD will now bypass SIN and go via DRW so if you can get on it go for it. Then tack on SYD>MEL.

DXB and DOH are now closed for transit.

Hi All,

I am currently in Germany as I moved here a year ago. I am wanting to return to Australia to ride out the Coronavirus at home.

I am trying to do a classic reward booking for early April ....
I wonder how that went .....?

I assume they would re-book you on Emirates?

Qantas managed to find me a seat on QF10.

If you can get to London, I note that Qantas are occasionally adding more flights to get people back from Europe. When I was accommodated last weekend, my flight (QF10 27 March) was the last Qantas flight to leave London before the shut down. Now there is a PER-LHR QF6 also running that day and a QF10 running 28 March.

Are you sure about DOH? I thought it was still open for transit. Do you mean AUH?

Yes, my mistake. DOH is closed to arrivals for non Nationals. Transit is still allowed.

OP: “Urgent help ....”

Maybe not so urgent after all? Hope that it all went okay.

.... Ordinarily I'd call QF, but don't want to bother them given everything that is going on currently.
If it was me, then I would be phoning the QF Call Centre to check on actual availability. If left too long, the seats may be gone. Is that what you did?
