For AirBnB bookings originating from QF website, the booking appears in the "Trips" section of the app ... same is the case for any car bookings with Avis ..Do you get some sort of confirmation during the booking process? Ive been using AirBnB long before Qantas became a partner, did all my searching directly, then once I had a short list closed the web page and searched again via Qantas link and made the booking. But haven't received an email from Qantas re the booking - whereas when you shop via the Qantas mall links you get an email to indicate your purchase has been linked to your Frequent Flyer account.

I was re-directed from Qantas website to AirBnB website - is that sufficient?
Does anyone know what the problem is with the Qantas AirBnB link?? It’s been down for weeks now (using iOS) and wondering what’s going on? (Need to book for imminent trip - and if the partnership has been rescinded, then will book something else - but just want to know). Called Qantas but they said ‘there’s no issue’??! Thnx n advance for your input.
