Do you get some sort of confirmation during the booking process? Ive been using AirBnB long before Qantas became a partner, did all my searching directly, then once I had a short list closed the web page and searched again via Qantas link and made the booking. But haven't received an email from Qantas re the booking - whereas when you shop via the Qantas mall links you get an email to indicate your purchase has been linked to your Frequent Flyer account.
For AirBnB bookings originating from QF website, the booking appears in the "Trips" section of the app ... same is the case for any car bookings with Avis ..

Must screen shot that in future, as not visible once the trip is completed. This time I had to put in a claim, which was successful,

That's true. You may retain a screenshot. Or you may also check your email for the booking reference. Just before responding, I checked my email and was able to find booking references for both Avis and AirBnB.

Someone, somewhere in AFF suggested that one would be able retrieve past bookings/trips by providing Booking Reference and Last Name under Manage Booking in QF website - didn't work for me. Had error code 8104 ("Something went wrong") error thrown

Hey everyone, quick question. I just made a booking on AirBnB. But I'm not sure how to check if my QFF number was provided during the booking?

I was re-directed from Qantas website to AirBnB website - is that sufficient?

Thoughts, pls

Never had an issue getting the relevant points. Our most recent stay, from 16-20 September, posted yesterday (16/10).

I lodged a claim after about 8 weeks, got the points about 3 days later.

Was very impressed with fast email response, although a bit repetitive, ie wanted booking reference info that I provided in original claim.

Slightly O.T. : How about Qantas Hotel bookings? Take the same time as AirBnB to receive points?

(Need to book for imminent trip - and if the partnership has been rescinded, then will book something else - but just want to know). Called Qantas but they said ‘there’s no issue’??! Thnx n advance for your input.

I had the same issue a couple of weeks ago, I cleared my browser cache and my qantas related cookies and it worked fine after that, on iOS I think you may have to select "Clear History and Website Data" under safari settings.
