Anyone from anywhere other than Brisbane has to be considered an alien
. I still remember the signs at US immigration at LAX back in the early 1990's (or was it late 1980's??) when the queues for non-US citizens were clearly signed for "Aliens". The current politically correct signs state "Visitors". So I was once an official alien :shock:.

Meh just jumping on the bandwagon.In any case, my vote goes for the Holiday Inn bar at Roma St (out of what's been suggested.) Otherwise, I don't have much preference for place, but I like hotel lounges or bars better. And preferably a place where you don't need to shout louder than at a rock concert to be heard at 50 cm.
