Last months status credits for shopping at Coles?

A bit off topic but have people received last months status credits for shopping at Coles? They have usually arrived by now, nothing for me.

There's a plan.

I haven't got mine. Given some have, and some haven't, I suspect the processing's been done, and somethings gone wrong. I may wake up tomorrow to find them in my account, but I suspect someones going to have to look at it.
 
Also in the same boat. Status credits usually landed on the 6th of each month but still today nothing. I’ve been checking every day.

I will get in touch with FB and see what they say.
 
We're sorry for the delay with the crediting of Status Credits for linked flybuys members from their shopping in February. The delay was at the flybuys end and we're sorry for the inconvenience. These should appear on your Velocity account within the next one or two business days.

I am in a similar position @flybuys
Experience suggests you are usually good at sorting these things out
 
This is really not very good. Just glad I wasn't relying on points to get status promotion.

Yeah never experienced any issues or delays before. Its quite odd that its suddenly 2 weeks delayed and surprisingly cant be rectified in a speedy fashion.

Still nothing here either. The automatic transfer of points from my Virgin CC still haven't occurred for February yet as well. Not sure if it is related but I'm going to contact them directly.
 
Yeh its BS isnt it. 19th of March and still nothing here. It always amazes me how at the stroke of midnight at the end of the month your credits are ripped off your account yet the crediting is like getting blood from a stone. Not to mention promotions that say "may take 10 weeks to credit"...why???
 
We regret the ongoing delay with the Status Credits for last month, and that the previous advice provided has proved inaccurate. We are working with Velocity to resolve this, and again apologise for the inconvenience.
