Is it just me or is the Qantas FF site really annoying recently.
I blew 3 hours just trying to book flights for my partner using my points. I have previously just booked, filled in the passenger details, paid using my points and stated the relationship to the traveller. So I have now spent more time fighting the website and phone system than the actual travel time for the Cairns Brisbane flight. Eventually I had to transfer the points and get her to book it through her log on and even that says Hullo to me when she logs on. The wait times are getting ludicrous on the phones even with Gold, though the service when connected is as good as ever. The website doesnt even give me any option other than Express Checkout which issues the ticket in my name. Cant even email the itinerary from her log in to herself.
