The terms in the offer email say six, so I've chased it up based on that (and pointed out that particular detail).
Yes it says 'may take up to six weeks' I do not understand where QF get this 8 weeks excuse from

Me neither, which is why I copied in the line from the offer email when I was chasing up. And just like that my DSC posted.

Delayed booking not earning double SCs. Thought I read earlier this issue has been fixed but obviously not for all.

"Fixed"?

I think all of our experiences in this thread detail the fact that it's hit and miss - certainly for auto posting of DSC. One thing that seems clear to me is if they do not post within 2-7 days of flight being taken and posted into QFF account then they won't show without manual intervention, which should only be attempted post 6 weeks of waiting (given they will refer to the T&C).

Some of us have got them, some have not. Goodness knows why. Typical QF

Probably not the right thread to place this, but I recently received a bonus 50% SC offer. I registered, booked and flew on Wed 20/6 and got the normal SCs OK, but no sign yet of the bonus SCs.

I haven't had any worries with any of my DSCs posting automatically and correctly and I still have some of those to fly, so I hope my registration of the 50% offer doesn't muck up the remaining DSCs!

Another confusing one with a delayed booking - MEL-SIN-LHR - only MEL-SIN DSC posted. Nothing on the return either.

We flew Mel Syd HND 6 weeks ago and had all points/SC's posted within a few days.
Returned NRT MEL June 06 and no points at all. A month for the base credits is poor service.
Submitted a claim today and will wait for the promised 3 day action period.

Again Qantas greatest consistency is its inconsistency :) :) :) LOL

Interesting development when I checked my QFF account earlier. Double SCs for inbound flight on 01 July posted on 03 July but no double SCs for outbound flight 2 weeks earlier.

Well that's a good start. Gives me a little more confidence that I won't need to waste too much time following up.

Sounds like the same issue a lot of people are having.

I need to get "Consistently Inconsistent" trademarked and set up "consistentlyinconsistent.com.au" or something :D

What would be great is if QF fixed this issue affecting so many and just ran a sweep and sorted everyone out in one sweep.

yes.. tell me I'm dreaming.

I'm taking my new website straight to the pool room

Bookings made directly during the promo period, and delayed bookings using the second method have been posting just fine from what I've seen...

Well no, some folks have found DSC missing from some legs of single PNR bookings, which makes no sense (when QF metal flights etc) so... it's far from "just fine" for some of our members.

I am not sure in which thread this should go in the QF IT is a mess thread or here. So I had some DSC not post, only 20 and they are not needed, also some double points not post again not really needed and an insignificant number in the bigger picture. I could not help myself and called the CC. So begins the fun – initially transferred 3 times and I will not go through the all the detail of the call, however at the end of the call I asked if I could forward a copy of the registration confirmation email QF sent me. I was informed that for double points I had not registered and for DCS apparently I registered outside of the original booking period.

Not sure how this works I had been receiving both DSC and DP without issue prior to the ITS upgrade in April and I have confirmation emails.

At least I was told they would be manually credited and they did within a couple of hours.

I suspect outright lying fob off ...

I am of the same opinion, we have discussed the CC, QF and all things flying a couple of times. Did I need the 20 SC or 3200pts, not really, however I am about to start a new year at the end of this month and I was testing the waters.

What do you mean when you say single PNR bookings? I am referring to bookings made during the DSC promo without buying a GV first.

My Saturday flight has now posted the DSCs correctly. No sign of my 50% bonus from a couple of weeks ago, though. I think I only have one more DSC to go, so hopefully my perfect record of the DSCs posting within a few days will hold for that one as well.

I didn't bother calling for mine, I just sent through an email with all the details, including the fact I could prove registration if required. DSC then posted a couple of days later.
