In 2016 as a WP arriving into LHR T3, I was able to use the AA arrivals lounge for a shower.

Anyone know of the above is still possible? I thought I've read this is being restricted to AA customers only now?

Qantas appeared to have removed all information regarding access to this lounge from www.qantas.com some years ago.

I last used after arrival in J on QF2 in November 2016. I have seen subsequent reports of it still being available.

WP status won't get you in if flying Qantas; if on QF1 you need to be arriving in Business or First Class.

Last used AA arrival lounge at T3 in Nov 17...if flying QF, you need to be flying into LHR on longhaul in F or J. Qf Plat in Y won't get in. They have plenty of showers so there was no waiting around 7am :)

There is some information here:

Arrivals Lounge − Clubs − American Airlines

Going by that, a WP arriving on BA or AA will get access (via oneworld Emerald).

Thanks all, yes I've also noticed that infusion info seems to have reduced. And suggests you need to be on BA or AA

As I'm arriving on J and WP I may make a jaunt out to the arrivals lounge before moving over to T2 for my connection on SK.

It's good the AA now provide more comprehensive info on access.

Three years ago it was very rudimentary.

I have seen reports on Facebook from @madrooster that Qantas have discontinued this access, even for First and Business PAX arriving into LHR on QF1 / QF9.
