Hi everyone,
I have a J booking coming up in July this year (FRA - SIN, SIN - SYD) which is already confirmed (not waitlisted). I want to change my SIN - SYD leg to a later time, however when I go into Manage Booking it doesn't give me any options and instead says there are no flights available on this day.
I called the SQ call centre and I was told that while there is availability on the later flight I wish to change to, I would be put on a waitlist, even though I am already confirmed on the FRA - SIN leg on which the waitlist applies for.
Is this how it normally works or should I try call again to try get a different operator?
