Hi all,

We are travelling to LGK and rtn in Jan next year. The route is BNE(SQ)-SIN(SQ)-KUL(MH)-LGK.

I currently have my QFF number in the booking, although I can’t remember how I managed that. I would like to earn VA points for the SQ flights and QFF points for the MH (assuming fare buckets all earn) so would I be safer to remove all FF numbers from the booking and complete retrospective claims for the flights with VA and QF?

Second question is for seat selection – does anyone know any tricks for selecting seats for free on the MH flights? QF MMB only gives aisle/window choice and UL doesn’t seem to play ball.

TIA

AFAIK MH doesn't use Amadeus so most(all?) of the known hacks on the various OW airline websites don't work. I stand to be corrected on this though.
