I like it raining once every week to ten days (vs 23 drops of rain) - that way I don't have plant watering duty!

Used to be like that & then changed our garden so that if it could not survive by itself it was not replaced by the same plant

Try growing a Mango in Adelaide. Winter I gotta keep the rain off it currently under a plastic bag. Summer means watering duties. But if it fruits, it'll all be worth it.

My first batch of tomato plants in my little greenhouse germinated today. Hopefully first fruit by xmas.

No chance I'd have the patience. But hope you get an amazing crop.

I accidentally grew a mango once (sprouted in the compost) but it did not survive the Melbourne winter.

You are keen! I'm still dealing with winter veggies. All my broccoli and cauliflower got eaten down to stumps while we were away and it took four attempts to get my peas going as something enjoyed snapping the plants off to eat the seeds...

Kensington Pride and another variety can grow from seed. Two have died already one in winter and one in summer! I suspect one of them might have got overspraying of round up. The one in summer was drowned. :( Anyway, it turns out they want well drained roots, hence the plastic bag to keep off the rain and hopefully some of the colder air. Apparently they grow mangoes in the riverland, in theory the cold shouldn't be a problem. I also have a mirror system to get extra winter sun onto the plant.

Sadly there doesn't seem to be fruit on the avocado this year.

Saw an ENT today for my sinus issues. The camera up the nostril was a first (hope he doesn't share it with the person who does the colonoscopy!) and was amazed at the difference between each side.

Right side was normal and fairly straight forward. The left side warranted a second look from both of us due to its enlargements and deviations.

Now we know what's there we can plan some treatment. And then I can breathe easily (at last),

Oh, very familiar with that camera. I also have left side issues (the camera doesnt fit at all) and need surgery to fix it but I keep putting it off....

I just rang the place to get the CT scan and was offered an appointment this afternoon. Perfect because it is near where my car is getting serviced.

A very productive rostered day off.

Re the surgery the specialist told me that it is a day procedure with no packing in the nose afterwards and I can fly three weeks later. All being well I'll get it done in late August/early September.

Is the gastroenterologist next door?

The other examination uses a four foot long, flexible tube about the thickness of a finger.

No the other specialists are the hearing people.

I've had the rear entry camera previously and declined to see the photos.

Lucky. I think mine is a tad more involved than that so I am pretending it doesnt exist. I have been told the pain can be worse than childbirth

Caught up on a few blogs and one of them featured an article about the G650ER. Currently thinking about what blonde wood I want in the cabin of mine.
