Yesterday we booked a Qantas reward booking from HKG-SYD-MEL for Sunday, but the ticket hasn't been issued yet and we are flying to China tonight (to attend a funeral), is the lack of an issued ticket likely to cause a problem when we are flying back from Hong Kong?
I called the Qantas helpline and the agent said because the flight originated in Hong Kong, they had to refer the case to the Hong Kong team to issue the ticket, just worried we might not be able to fly back since this is the first time we booked a last minute ticket, the points has already been deducted on my account and my credit card has been charged as well.
