They have upped the ante - now 58K - I expect to earn 0.

Did anybody else notice on their 'My Offers Status', that they extended the previous promotion by several weeks ....

I saw it last week. It showed, I still had another 53 days to achieve etc.

Just went back today .... of course .... IT'S GONE !!!

Yeah, one reference stated that ...

but then, the little 'round circle' that has the number of days left to achieve your target .... this showed 53 days left around the 3rd. January 2016.

I thought - 'you beauty' .... then as I say, I returned to the site later, and it was gone ( adjusted back to the new promo ).

It has been known in the past, for 'temporary errors' to have occurred. This was one, I suppose ...

The offers are bordering on ridiculous. Last time had stay in 3 countries outside of country of residence and that was difficult enough. Now it is 4 countries. I may just stay one night for the 5,000 points.

Yes it will. I had the same type of offers in the last promotion and the counters move up across multiple offers for 1 stay.

I have only recently joined the IHG programme. During the last accelerate promotion I had 3 stays, I had to chase points for 1 of them and I am still trying to get the bonus points for that stay - is this common with IHG?

Welcome to IHG Rewards program. Sadly it is all too common. I occasionally go months in a row where everything posts as it should and then for no apparent reason multiple consecutive stays do not post and I have to chase them up. It's all good if the online missing points claim works but it gets very painful when you have to deal with them on the telephone.

My current offer is recording in $AU. In the recently completed offer it also recorded my $AU spend on the progress meter in $AU. So short answer is local currency amount with no conversion.
