Replacement Platinum Q-Tag?

On my recent whirlwind trip it seems somebody in Morocco coveted my Platinum Q-Tag and souvenired it from my luggage.
Since I just requalified for Platinum I thought I might try my luck at requesting a replacement, but I'm not even sure who to ask.
Any ideas? Anyone had any luck obtaining a replacement status Q-Tag?

*Note: I would have removed the Q-Tag as it is of no benefit for international travel (even on QFi) but I have found the elastic doesn't cope well with being removed and replaced too often.
 
I thought when you requalify they send you new sets every year.
Don't know if you get you new set for each status level you pass through but i at least thought you get new sets each year
 
Just ring the premium line and ask for a new set. As long as you don't abuse the process you will get them. Generally no more than every two years is apparently acceptable according to anecdotal evidence.
 
You certainly don't get another set on requal.

Just phone the WP line and ask for another set.

Really, ive seen on here others saying they have heaps as they get a new set every year. I even got one from someone who had heaps sitting around and had already shared them with family and friends.

I don't know why QF would do that - unless it's when people that flick in and out of status levels. All I can say is that I've been WP for 10 years or more straight. I got a set of the original ones that looked like the PS version (only the aficionados could pick that the WP 'roo was white while the PS 'roo was red).

When the work experience student designer went back to school and the new 'blacker' version came out, I phoned and asked for a replacement set. Others just got out their black Artline pens...

You're entitled to ask for a new set every year. They wont send them unless you request them.

We have been sent new tags whenever we have been upgraded to a new status level. Never received them on requal. And we don't need them to be sent.

I guess that must be it then. Members here must be requesting them again every year. I guess if i ever get to status and retain it that will be my plan.

I never knew that. Do you have to request within a certain amount of time after requalifying?

I understand that Red Roo is various persons, and personality aside, I am concerned if QF has been given information off AFF that allows them to identify individual members of this forum. Particularly if this has been done without our express permission.

Of course members have contacted Red Roo in private, but im meaning outside those parameters...
