Fresh from its $619 million turnaround, and tipped to break a billion dollars in profit by the middle of this year, the Flying Kangaroo is now dishing out caviar at the pointy end of its Airbus A380s.And not just any caviar, but the tiny black Yasa caviar pearls farmed in Abu Dhabi by Emirates Aquatech, which claims to be "the world's largest and most advanced aquaculture facility."

I'm the same with olives, but I do like caviar as a not too strong salty flavour, and the texture is smooth. But, not so nice on some cheap crackers.

Good news!
Caviar and expensive champagne are two things I get to enjoy only when flying F (even managed to score a whole tin for breakfast once on TG ).
Looking forward to try it onboard QF in May.

While Dom is great, isn't it more traditional to enjoy caviar with a good vodka ?

(I am not a massive fan of Caviar myself, but QF is clearly making another effort, and I am sure through EK partnership at a generous cost discount, to differentiate itself in F).

Me either. I don't like seafood at all. Until a January flight in Emirates F produced this (I know I didn't order it) and it was delicious.
