I see he was on Bail, not Parole. That does make a difference. Charged as an accessory to murder with his current partner charged with the murder. Recently charged with 50+ allegations of sexual assault. Convicted of sending poisonous letters to families of soldiers who had died and served in Afghanistan and pleaded guilty to that and on a Bond of good behaviour for two years (starting 2013). Clearly being on a good behaviour bond means little then.
(PS, as a former Police Officer I do know what due process is, but read he was on Parole (ie had already been convicted) and not on Bail (awaiting the trial). The issue of being on a bond remains problematic though.
