Two key questions in light of QF executing their frequent flyers today:

1) How do YUPP fares credit to AA; and
2) My read of the earn tables is that the changes shouldn't have much effect on YUPP fares credited to QF. Do others concur?

Two key questions in light of QF executing their frequent flyers today:

1 EQM and 1.5 EQP is my understanding.
It will absolutely affect QF crediting. The zonal SCs does impact what you'd earn. I'll have to play with some sample routes to figure out how my favourited LOTFAP QF SC runs credit post changes.

Intra USA short haul is up to 750 miles and only earns 40 SCs for First.

I am not sure if you can then go to All other flights in the 751 - 1500 miles zone but earning there could be a mixed bag depending on the mileage and how much you were able to earn and how much you will be able to earn now.

As mentioned I think you will need to play with some routings to determine the new SCs earn.

there's not much difference for the longer routes like lax-hnl, hnl-dfw, lax-mia etc
