NOW this is a pool with a view!

The Holiday Inn Shanghai Pudong Kangqiao’s glass-bottom pool partly hangs over a 24-storey drop, making it appear to be suspended in mid-air.

I have swum in a pool on the top of a hotel in Singapore before that was edgeless and allowed you to look over the side to the street below. That was cool.

However, world's largest pool? I flew over some huge resorts in hurghada and couldn't think of anything worse than staying there.

The pool referenced as being big is in fact the largest in the world, the picture is at the bottom of the article:

Looks pretty darn impressive to me, and I'd be up for the shanghai one.

Rats! I'm in Shanghai tomorrow and Friday but staying at the Hilton.

If I'd have known about this I would have been keen to give it a try.

Now on the list for next time I'm there.
