My favorite airport would be SIN.
As Alanslegal pointed out, just something about it.
Not too big, easy to get around, nice lounges and no one rushing. Something in the air....

Public area SIN airside is simple in design. High Ceilings, wide walkways, commerce yet not too overbearing. To me, doesn't feel congested and overwhelming like SYD. Looking forward to trip coming Monday.

SYD is a poorly designed airport, SIN is heaven compared to it.

My top 3 are as follows:
1. Singapore (SIN) - As others have mentioned this airport is just fantastic in every way. I think the space, high roof, single level (no separate arr/dep levels), the gate holding areas "The fishtank", the lounges, the gardens and the airport staff all make it a great place to be/transit.
2. Hong Kong (HKG) - Few minor drawbacks like separate arr/dep levels, but still a very big and efficient airport, with great CX first lounges!
3. Kuala Lumpur (KUL) - Like this airport purely from a size(it's small enough to walk around, but big enough to be a good intl airport), calmness, and easiness point of view.

Australian airports are a long way down on my list, they get the job done, but are a bit clunky in some respects, and haven't taken on alot of the learnings of great airports like SIN...

Only if SIN would change that carpet in T1!

I think KUL is a pretty good airport as well, although I guess not many people would have travelled through it. LCCT is a tin shed, although probably the world's best tin shed at that. Works well enough for its purpose.

HKG is going downhill, I guess. The immigration queue is just getting too long sometimes. I've once since it packed all the way back to the security check point. Pax simply had nowhere to go after going through the scanner. The whole place is just getting overrun by Chinese mainlanders (as opposed to locals) these days.

ICN was excellent when I was there last year, although I spent much of my time in the OZ lounge.

Does SIN not separate departing and arriving pax? Must be just about the only one left!

For transfers, no problem. To go through customs, what a joke. Avoid at all costs.

I was in ICN, HKG and SIN last Friday. SIN is probably my favourite from a getting around point of view, but I think the lounges are better in HKG. Wasn't overly impressed with the CX lounge in ICN.

The CX lounges are very good in HKG, but not so in ICN or SIN. In SIN, the best OW lounge would be the QF lounge when it's open (as much as I'm not a fan of it). Best lounges in SIN would be the SQ SK lounges and the private room if you can ever get in. At ICN, there's nothing much for OW, but the two Koreans have pretty good spaces.

At ICN the new Asiana lounge as you move through immigration on departure is pretty impressive.

Has anyone tried the pool on the roof at SIN? A mate told me about it, sounds like a strange place to throw in a pool...

HKG No.4 not surprised and being 15 years old its quite feat, its still one of my favs and those CX lounges are fantastic. Think I've been through there about 40 times so far and will check out the brand new Q lounge early next month, well before I go to the CX Pier that is.

Never tried it, but I have seen it and it was very quiet. It's roughly the same standard as what you will find at a newish 4-star hotel.

I tried it last time in SIN, was quite nice. I did a workout in the gym and hut the pool. Would do it again.
