So I ordered my groceries online with WW, taking up a special WR offer for bonus points for this week and next.
1st problem, QF shopping mall website says their tracking is down. OK, I can live without those points this week.
I order my groceries - about $200. All goes through no problem. Pick up for 9-10am this morning.
No notification from WW by 9:50am, so head to the shops to get order.
Arrive and there are NO grocery orders stacked up as usual - that's weird.
Then a CS person eventually gets to me after a long wait of no service and says all orders have been cancelled.
I then get a text from WW a few mins later confirming this, asking me to call them and get a new pick up window or cancel.
I then tried to call 5-6 times. Each time the wait time is over 1 hour, plus the callback feature is broken.
I am guessing WW is in meltdown with all this panic buying at the moment?
Anyone else having problems with online orders?
