Register; and
Earn Qantas Points in an icon you've not earned in within the last 12 months and have those points credited to your Qantas Frequent Flyer account before 3 November 2014.

Seems the only one I have left is Cars & Hotels - so my next car hire, I'll have to credit to QF and not AA .

I've got Cards & Banking available. Just need to register and make a purchase with my new Bankwest card :D

The only one I've got is phones. Not about to re-sign with Optus

I have only got 'Phone and Web' left and 1M points is not enough for me to change to Optus.

Only 2 greys left: Qantas Cash and phones.

Looks like Qantas Cash will be getting its first top up soon ;)

The only thing I have missed in the last 12 months is my mind hahaha

What does the toolbar credit to?
I've only got 'phone and web' and 'more' left...

Nevermind, found my own answer.
Toolbar credits to 'more' so will have to install that once I get home.

Correct. It goes to "more"

The Frequent Flyer Concierge team takes the hard work out of finding reward seat availability. Using their expert knowledge and specialised tools, they'll help you book a great trip that maximises the value for your points.

Hmmm, one to investigate. Otherwise its a bit of a dud competition for those of us that already take advantage.

Like most of these type of marketing campaigns, they generally do nothing for the loyal customer and reward the disloyal customer.

100% correct. They are looking to entice people who normally wouldn't spend in that manner.

ie rewarding disloyalty rather than loyalty. Like all the health insurers or telcos offering free gifts, I never got anything.

From the T&Cs:

4. Entry is open only to Qantas Frequent Flyer members who:

a. register for the competition either through qantas.com or by clicking a link in a personalised email; and
b. earn at least one Qantas Point in an icon they have not yet earned in, and have it credited to their Qantas Frequent Flyer account as recorded in that member's Qantas Frequent Flyer Activity Statement (Credited) during the Promotion Period. For more information about the icons and how to earn Qantas Points, visit qantas.com/partners; or
c. have already earned Qantas Points in all current icons; excluding: <goes on to describe Directors etc>

and ...

6. Eligible Entrants should note that:
a) Qantas Points may take up to eight weeks to be Credited to the Eligible Entrant's Qantas Frequent Flyer account after earning Qantas Points with a Program Partner. Accordingly, eligible transactions made with a Program Partner during the Promotion Period but after 8 September 2014 may or may not be Credited before the end of the Promotion Period. Qantas accepts no responsibility for entries not received because Qantas Points were not Credited until after the Promotion Period, for any reason including delay;

(my bolding in both cases)

We've seen this before:

11. The maximum notional value of the Prize is AU$22,755 as at 5 May 2014 based on a sample of the Qantas Frequent Flyer Awards that could be obtained by redeeming through the Qantas Frequent Flyer program (as full defined in the terms and conditions of the program available at qantas.com/terms. For example, a Sydney to London one way Classic Award flight would be 64,000 Qantas Points (subject to Award flight availability) plus applicable taxes, fees and carrier charges, respectively. Therefore you could redeem for 15 of these Award flights with the Prize. As at 5 May 2014 the dollar fare for the equivalent commercial one way Economy flight would be AU$1,517 - therefore 15 of these flights would have a commercial value of $22,755.

and this ... you are up for the costs of the taxes and charges ... (as we saw before, maybe a significant proportion of the 'notional value')

15. In the event that the Prize is redeemed for Award travel, the winner should be aware that the number of Award flight seats available is limited and availability depends on the flight, date, season and destination and some flights may not have any Award seats available. The winner will be responsible for all applicable taxes, fees and carrier charges of Award travel or accommodation booked by redeeming their prize. Taxes, fees and carrier charges vary depending on departure points, routes, exchange rates and dates of travel, are subject to change without notice and are quoted at the time of booking.

Your name and pic up in lights .. unless you let them know "at the time of accepting the prize" (at the time the points are credited to your account, I guess)

22. Entry details remain the property of the Promoter. The name and photograph of the winners may be used for promotional purposes by the Promoter, unless a winner otherwise notifies the Promoter at the time of accepting the prize.

Actually, looking at the icon things, its sad to see how few points have been earned via my flying. On the other hand, the amount earned by buying grog could be called a sad or happy thing, depending on your wowser quotient (mine's low, therefore I'd call it a celebration) :D

On the landing page, it says "If you have already earned in all the categories, we will enter you automatically."

I'm missing the phone one, and I refuse to join Optus again...so I'm out of luck.
