First time post question like this, bear with me if this is too naive.

Let's say I woud like to book,

Class I, PER - CX140 - HKG - CX960 - HGH

Class I, HGH - CX959 - HKG - CX171 - PER
from CX website directly, and quote my QF membership. Will I earn status credit and ff points, and how many status / points could I have? CX140, CX960, CX959 and CX171 are all market as CX and opearted by CX itself.

I seem to have difficulty to do the calculation from QF calculator to do such maths. Not sure Class I from CX belongs to which "discounted business" (not in the calculator) / "business".

And why I cannot book the same flight from QF directly? Aren't CX and QF both belonging to OW and should be codeshare flight exists there?

Thanks very much guys!

Yes, you will earn SC with I class (business light). I flew CX 3 weeks ago in I class. Got SC within 3 days (1 working day)

Regarding how many status, just calculate as "business class" then select "CX" in the airline section.

In any case, only Business class is displayed in the calculator when CX is selected
